About
Luka Sapundžić
I'm a pattern recognizer and analyst who works at the intersection of technical systems and regulatory complexity.
My background doesn't fit neatly into one discipline — which is, more often than not, the point. I've spent time close to code, close to legal and regulatory frameworks, and close to the people who have to navigate both at once. The work I find most interesting is the kind that requires holding all of that simultaneously.
In practice, this means working with Web3 founders who need someone who can read a contract and understand the business implications, or with individuals and companies trying to figure out what operating across jurisdictions actually means in their specific situation — not in the abstract, but concretely and actionably.
I'm based in Ljubljana, operating as a registered sole proprietor in Slovenia. Atrium Network is the entity through which I deliver all consulting and research engagements.
I don't take on large volumes of work simultaneously. The value I provide comes from careful attention, and that scales poorly. If you're looking for a body shop or a firm with ten analysts, I'm not the right fit. If you need someone to actually think through a specific problem with you, it's worth getting in touch.
